Chuck Erickson and his mortgage team were excellent throughout the entire loan process. We had a home still to sell while the purchase of our new home was underway, and Chuck provided needed options to us should our home not sell when we need to close. (We were under contract on our new home BEFORE we put ours up for sale. Our home actually sold and closed before we closed on our new home.) In the middle of buying and selling, we also needed to be out of the country, and Chuck and team worked diligently to get our loan set up before we left. With so many things happening at once, we were impressed with the professionalism, the dedication and the speed in which they worked to get our loan ready to go!
