I married my beautiful bride, Krissy, on Valentine’s Day 2015. Since then we have gained two additional family members, Jesse, born on Mother’s Day 2016 and Owen, born on Halloween 2020, apparently we do big things on Holidays. My two boys keep me on my toes all the time. I enjoy introducing my oldest, Jesse, to different sports as he is really taking a liking to baseball. He also loves his Ninja classes! I enjoy all types of sports but I am a HUGE Football fan and love watching the games. SKOL BABY!! I graduated from Bethel College (now Bethel University) in December of 2001 with a major in Communications and a minor in Media Communications. I hosted a radio show as well for Bethel. I went right into originating mortgages within months of graduating and have been in the industry since 2002. I really enjoy getting to know all of my clients however my favorite client is the First Time Homebuyer. I enjoy teaching/coaching the in’s & out’s of getting approved for financing. Whether you are looking to purchase now or down the road I am here to answer any questions you may have. Educating my clients while holding their hand throughout the entire process with a smooth transaction is always my goal. I really pride myself on my level of service and availability. I am not a 9-5’er, meaning that I can be reached anytime of the day as well as the weekends, which is when, you the buyer, are typically the most active. Chuck Erickson and his mortgage team were excellent throughout the entire loan process. We had a home still to sell while the purchase of our new home was underway, and Chuck provided needed options to us should our home not sell when we need to close. (We were under contract on our new home BEFORE we put ours up for sale. Our home actually sold and closed before we closed on our new home.) In the middle of buying and selling, we also needed to be out of the country, and Chuck and team worked diligently to get our loan set up before we left. With so many things happening at once, we were impressed with the professionalism, the dedication and the speed in which they worked to get our loan ready to go! We would highly recommend checking out Chuck and his team if you’re thinking of a mortgage. We’ve used Chuck twice and he has been great both times!

Dennis is a phenomenal lender and very knowledgeable. When my husband and I applied for the loan, we knew it may be a little while until we'd buy but wanted to to talk to a professional about the financial details. Dennis helped us understand our areas of opportunity and was able to give us very specific details on what debt to pay down first in order to give us the biggest boost in our credit score and get a better rate. In following his instructions, we were able to boost my husbands score by 30 points in about 3-4 months. This was a HUGE savings on our monthly payment as we were able to get a lower interest rate. In doing this, we were able to purchase 5-6 months sooner than we had hoped which was the BEST decision we've ever made. I'd highly recommend a conversation with Dennis if you're in the market. His approach was great and we felt cared for, heard, and no pressure at all as he helped layout all of our options! 🙂
