We just closed on our very first home, and we felt so fortunate to have Dennis work along with us. We were recommended him by friends and family who had nothing but good things to say about him. Dennis showed a genuine and sincere interest to work out the best finance option for us. Being first time home buyers and also new in the country, it gave us such peace of mind having Dennis work out our mortgage. Dennis knows what he is doing, he has a wealth of experience, and he is a kind and helpful gentleman who is very pleasant to work with. I give him my highest recommendation.

Chuck Erickson and his mortgage team were excellent throughout the entire loan process. We had a home still to sell while the purchase of our new home was underway, and Chuck provided needed options to us should our home not sell when we need to close. (We were under contract on our new home BEFORE we put ours up for sale. Our home actually sold and closed before we closed on our new home.) In the middle of buying and selling, we also needed to be out of the country, and Chuck and team worked diligently to get our loan set up before we left. With so many things happening at once, we were impressed with the professionalism, the dedication and the speed in which they worked to get our loan ready to go! We would highly recommend checking out Chuck and his team if you’re thinking of a mortgage. We’ve used Chuck twice and he has been great both times!

Dennis is a phenomenal lender and very knowledgeable. When my husband and I applied for the loan, we knew it may be a little while until we'd buy but wanted to to talk to a professional about the financial details. Dennis helped us understand our areas of opportunity and was able to give us very specific details on what debt to pay down first in order to give us the biggest boost in our credit score and get a better rate. In following his instructions, we were able to boost my husbands score by 30 points in about 3-4 months. This was a HUGE savings on our monthly payment as we were able to get a lower interest rate. In doing this, we were able to purchase 5-6 months sooner than we had hoped which was the BEST decision we've ever made. I'd highly recommend a conversation with Dennis if you're in the market. His approach was great and we felt cared for, heard, and no pressure at all as he helped layout all of our options! 🙂
